Procedure of returning Products.

Step 1: Contact us in facebook page (m.me/xoticact)
Step 2: Fill in the return form given.
Step 3: Choose your preferred method of product return when you contact us.
Step 4: Your returned product will go through a Quality Check.
Step 5: If validated, you will get product Return / Replacement without additional cost.

If the product found undamaged, customer will be charged BDT 120 in Dhaka and 200 outside Dhaka.
