1. As a buyer I have selected shoe size on my own.

2. ExoticAct will not be responsible if the shoe size does not match. So the product is non-exchangeable and not returnable.

3. Only 2%-5% women get a perfect shoe size, as their feet size perfectly matches with shoe chart. 95% women either has a little bit smaller of large feet. So shoe size can be 0.5cm smaller or larger from your actual feet size.

4. I have seen real pictures of the shoe and I have no complain about the color shown in picture

5. ExoticAct has the rights to cancel order anytime, if the shoe size is not available. In that case, ExoticAct will give refund for that shoe.
